How we work at PPTT

We are concerned about our reputation, and will therefore do everything we can to ensure that we deliver a professional service that meets your needs and delivers results. In order to do this, we would normally meet with you first to understand what you believe the people issues are in your team. Our workshops are usually delivered over two whole days separated by a fortnight. We will then have a final meeting to provide feedback on the progress of the team, and make sure that you are satisfied with our service.

Our workshops are facilitated by consultants who are professional teachers and who also have qualifications in psychology, counselling or psychotherapy (or all three). They understand what goes wrong between people in teams. They also understand kind of interventions can help to put things right and then test that things are working better.

Each member of the team who attends our workshops receives a pack of resources to refer to during the workshop and afterward. For this there is a cost per person that varies, but is usually under £20. In addition, you pay a daily rate for the workshop facilitator for each of the two workshop days, which is currently £450. We do not charge for the preliminary or final visit.
