In this section, you have access to a mini-library of information which will may help you with your team. Many people have asked why we give so much information away for free instead of putting on our business consultant hats and charging organisations a big fat fee. We have three simple answers. Firstly, most of the information is available anyway, we've just compiled it to make it easier for you to focus on areas that make a real difference. Secondly, if you still need us to run a workshop for you in spite of doing some work yourself, we know that we will have a more interesting and challenging time. Thirdly, we believe that it shows you the kind of principles we value and therefore gives you an idea of what kind of people we are to work with - and if you choose to buy our time, you have a better idea of what you are getting!
